Google Room

Instrument, a digital creative agency, is housed in a large open space in a converted warehouse. While “working without walls” is a point of pride for them, they needed a space where they could host private meetings with their client, Google, and leave ideas and documents pinned up without exposing trade secrets.

This temporary installation responds to this need. Translucent walls, felt panels, and curtains envelop the lower half of the room, while divider panels hung above the space create a sense of enclosure without triggering the need to add air handling equipment and sprinklers.
