This full-block, mixed-use development is situated at SW River Parkway and SW Lane. It will be one of Portland’s first “5 over 2” buildings, which are comprised of a two-level concrete podium and five stories of wood construction. Block 41 offers us an exciting opportunity to design a building along the Willamette River, the Willamette Greenway, and the Lane pedestrian way.
